In recent years, the companion animal world has been influenced
by a more non-threatening/ non-forceful, holistic trend. The Tellington
TTouch®, known as 'TeeTouch' and introduced in 1978, is considered
one of the earliest proponents of this philosophy.
Based on a combination of gentle, respectful body movements
and confidence course work, TTouch® is designed to foster a stronger
relationship between people and their animals to resolve behavioral and
physical issues.
As mutual respect and cooperation develop, problem solving
becomes a fun and creative process. TTouch® also provides positive
behavior change, physical rehabilitation, and can facilitate veterinary
care as well - but never replaces it!
Certified practitioners offer classes and private sessions
to the Northern California community, incorporating the latest research
in animal welfare, health and behavior.
